SETIMEP The technical team develops at the request of our customers integrated industrial solutions, reconversion of installed equipment, and develops specialized consulting actions, providing its customers and partners with a set of relevant data for assertive decision making, within the state of art.

In this context, the technical team developed, at the request of a partner, an integrated unit for the preparation of petroleum coke with capacities ranging from 5 to 15 tn / h, as a fuel in the small production cement industry up to 1,200,000 tn / year.

This unit includes all stages of preparation of Coke Petroleum, complying with the legal terms of the law in force regarding the value of gaseous emissions to the atmosphere, of great mobility, and speed of assembly, including.

• Preparation (1st Phase: Reduction of raw material | 0 – 150 mm to 0 – 30 mm);
• Grinding & Drying (2nd Phase: Grinding and drying in a mill);
• Micronization (3rd Phase: Dynamic separator with 90% granulometric guarantee <90 µ and humidity <5%)
• Separation (4th Phase: Separation in bag filter of micronized and air dried product)
• Storage (5th Phase: Pneumatic transport and storage in 40m3 silo of the finished product)
• Dosing (6th Phase: Silo extraction and gravimetric dosing for cement kiln)
